April 1 Scripture Verse for
Today
I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. (Psalm 91:2)
Having a rough day? Do you need some rest and protection from all the fiery darts that Satan is
throwing at you? You may be helped by the care of a friend, consoled by a family member, or counseled by
your Pastor; but when you need refuge there is no place as good as the arms of the Lord Jesus. Lay your
heavy burdens at His feet. The Lord cares for you like none other.
He loves you when you are unlovable. Jesus calls, “Come unto me and I will give you rest.”
Spend some time in His refuge of prayer, meditation and Bible reading; you will find rest and protection from all that
would harm you! ~
