As we run this race of life, we must keep our eyes upon Jesus.
He was there at the beginning when we knelt at an altar of prayer and asked Him to come into our hearts to save us
from our sins.
From Heaven, He now intently watches over our progress
in this grueling, yet victorious race and supplies all our need. He is our shepherd; therefore, we have
no need.
He will be there at the ending
when we say our last good-byes, and breathe our last breath. When the faces of loved ones fade from view
of these mortal eyes, we shall then behold His radiant, smiling face and hear His lips proclaim, “Welcome home!”
