26 Scripture
Verse for Today After this I looked, and, behold, a door was
opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither,
and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. (Revelation 4:1)
When
Jesus comes again, a trumpet will sound, the call “come up hither” will resound throughout the heavens, and a
door will be opened in Heaven. All of us have experienced closed doors down here. Some
doors are just not opened to us, whether because of social standing, financial status, or something else;
however, the most important door of all, the door to Heaven, will be opened to all who know the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior. While Jesus was
walking upon this earth, He declared, “I am the door.” There is no other way to Heaven.
If you ever expect to walk through the door to Heaven, you must first get personally acquainted with that door: Jesus
Christ. ~~
