Verse for Today
O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches. (Psalm
104:24)
Look around you. All the beauty and wonder that you see was made by your Heavenly Father!
Earth’s beauty did not just evolve over eons of time; but rather, it was carefully and lovingly made by God,
who designed it to be enjoyed by His crowning work, mankind. On the sixth day
of creation the Lord made Adam and Eve and gave them charge of everything He had previously created. Placing
them over all the animals, fish, birds and the beautiful green earth, God expected them to take care of it and use it for
their needs. As you travel about today, observe the marvelous beauty
around you, turn your eyes toward Heaven, and thank the Creator! ~
