Verse for Today
Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob; (Psalm 114:7)
Our God is a mighty God! He is a god of immeasurable love. The gift of His son
to this sin-cursed world proves that. God’s grace is truly amazing!
On the other hand, He is a god of unlimited might and power. Six thousand years ago He spoke the
world into existence. He made a mighty nation from one old man, one old woman, and one son.
He brought the mightiest nation of all time down. God’s presence was so glorious that when
Moses spent 40 days with God, he came down from the mountain with his face shining with God’s glory.
Only God can make a heart of sin pure and holy. Do you know him? ~
