July 6 Scripture Verse for
Today
Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: (Proverbs 6:6)
One
of the greatest lessons in life can be learned from the little ant. Have you watched as a line of hundreds
work constantly bringing food into their place of storage? The ant works persistently while the weather
is good, and before there is a food emergency, to prepare for the winter shortage. Its tireless labor pays
off when there is no food to be found, he is feasting on the abundance that he has prepare beforehand. I have a plastic ant on the top of the computer
monitor at church to remind me of the lesson from the ant. Remember the lesson of the ant and make every
minute count as you prepare for your future. ~
