23 Scripture
Verse for Today
Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding. (Proverbs 23:23)
In this world of pretense one thing stands tall: TRUTH. Exaggerated advertisements tell of products
that never live up to their billings. Newscasts bend the truth to fit their agenda until it becomes unrecognizable.
In the classrooms of our high schools and universities suppositions of evolution are taught as fact to our children
by ungodly and arrogant professors who care not about truth. As these suppositions are tested, they all
are exposed as lies, yet the truth of the creation of the universe by God still stands. You, like Pilate, may ask, “What
is truth?” God’s Word is the source of truth. The Bible cannot lie because
its author cannot lie. All truth begins and ends with God; there is not argument with Him. Someday when the sands of time
have swept away every fallacy of man there it will stand alone, proud and tall: GOD’S TRUTH!
