Verse for Today
But I will deliver thee in that day, saith the LORD: and thou shalt not be given into the hand of the men of whom thou art
afraid. (Jeremiah 39:17)
Need
deliverance? God is in the business of delivering His children. At times you may think
that God has forgotten about you, but rest assured, He is lovingly observing your distress and is ready to rescue you. Why does God permit us to be tried?
The valley experience, like basic training, will mature us and prepare us for the tougher battles ahead.
Be patient; deliverance will come! We must trust the Lord to deliver in His own time.
He sees the whole picture where we only see a small portion of what is going on. Job is a good example
of this. Isn’t it wonderful to be a child of God?
