Scripture Verse for Today

      When the sick woman touched Jesus she immediately received what she needed, her healing.  How many times do we have lingering needs because we do not touch Jesus?  If there is a need in your world today, pray until you’ve prayed.  Touch the Lord.

      This woman had this need for many years, yet one day she discovered the answer to her problem.  “I must touch Jesus,” she thought.  She, like us, had tried to solve her problem every other way before coming to Jesus.  I heard about a deacons’ meeting where one exclaimed, “If we don’t get the problem solved soon, we are going to have to start praying about it.”  Let’s try Jesus first, not last!    ~
