Jesus commands his followers, “Ye shall be witnesses.”  Every child of God, not just preachers and teachers, is commissioned to do his part in telling this world about the Savior.  A witness is one who can testify to something.  If you have had the life-changing experience of salvation, the Lord wants you to tell others.

      The anointing needed to be an effective witness comes from the Holy Ghost.  At the moment of our salvation, the Holy Spirit comes into our hearts, takes up His abode with us, and empowers us to carry on the ministry of our Lord.

      The order of our witnessing is simple: Start at home, and go to the uttermost part of the earth.    ~
