Verse for Today
Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. (Psalm 25:4)
David cried out for God to teach him His way and will.
Paul, in the book of Ephesians, said, “Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord
is.” It is imperative that we human beings know what God’s will is for our lives.
How do we find His will? God’s general will for all of us is found in His word, the Bible.
By reading, studying and meditating upon the Word we can learn much about the Lord and His will for us.
God’s specific will for each individual requires much more fervent praying and seeking; however, if we are truly
sincere and yielding God will reveal His will in His time. ~
