The word of God teaches us to respect the sanctity of human life. Not long
after the creation, Adam and Eve experienced murder in their own family. What an ugly scene!
Even before “Thou shalt not kill” was written in the Commandments, the Lord gave this law in Genesis
9:6 that if any man committed murder then his life should be taken. Some argue that capital punishment
is not a deterrent to murder and other crimes. It certainly is – those who are so punished for their
murders will murder no more.
Millions of innocent, sweet babies are murdered
each year for the convenience of their mothers. When those women, their enablers, and their doctors stand
before God Almighty in judgment they will then be judged as severely as any evil mass murderer in history.
The truth
is that God highly respects human life, and so should we! ~~~
